Connect iPhone & iPad connect to same BMV-712?

I connected my BMV-712 to my iPhone & it’s working fine. Now I’d like to add my iPad but the app won’t accept the PUK code. I enter the right code but it just keeps asking for it. Suggestions? I don’t want to lose the working connection on my iPhone but it would be handy to have both, if possible. Thanks

pretty certain it is one or the other, not both.
