I have a West facing 250/100 MPPT in the Southern Hemisphere which is connected to 12 x 355 W panels in 4 strings. I have an issue whereby on some days, for no apparent reason my MPPT is being limited in generation capacity even though:
1. I have feedback to the grid active
2. No clouds, shading or anything in effect
The issue is that as soon as I reset the CCGX then suddenly my peak production jumps up by almost 500W. The issue is intermittent. The MPPT is controlled by a BMS but I don't see that the BMS could be at fault here.
I am on the latest official firmware for the CCGX at 2.60 and the MPPT on 1.50
See attached pictures showing clearly the step as soon as I reset. This was for 2 different days in the past week.
I am wondering if there is a new firmware version that will resolve this issue?
