Incorrect battery voltage on second 100/20 smart solar controller.

Hi guys I have two 160w mounted panels on my caravan running through a 100/20 controller currently 40% SOC on a 200amp Lithium voltage reads 13.3 on that controller, a Victron 712 and in the dedicated Battery app.

I have a second 100/20 which I use with two 150w portable panels. This issue is with this second controller. Somehow it is reading the battery voltage as 14.6v and going into float mode so not letting the panels contribute to the system. I have checked the wiring and connections, checked the fuse and tried each panel individually. What an I missing? It had been working seamlessly until today?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Jasonb

Measure voltage at the MPPT's terminals, if it's indeed 14.x volts, it really is wiring / fusing / etc.
