Venus connections. How to set up

I'm commisioning a system using 2 x 150/45 charge controllers. Also has a 48volt 1600Va multiplus inverter. These are connected to a venus GX for remote monitoring. The venus has a ethernet cable connected for internet connection. It also VE cables between charge contollers and the Venus unit. The multiplus is connected to to the Venus via a ethernet type cable. On site I can see the charge controllers on Victron Connect but nothing else. What am I doing wrong

Have you tried connecting to the VRM instead of using VictronConnect?

If you are connected to the same network you should be able to see the Venus device in VictronConnect.

You may need to change some settings in the Venus for full functionality.
