I have an Off grid System that does not reliably synchronise with a generator. The Generator output voltage is approx 253vac and the frequency was measured at 52.3hz. I would have thought it was the frequency that causes the generator to be rejected by the Multiplus 1 48/5000, but i do have the check boxes for " weak AC input " and " accept wide frequency range" both ticked
I have set the AC input source limit for between 4 and 10 amps. Neither the lower or upper end of this range makes a difference. The Multi will charge for a minute then disconnect and this cycle continues. The problem is the same whether i have the switch on front panel set to " ON" or "CHARGER"
