Bmv712 Battery capacity

I have a BMV 712 installed and am confused when it comes to entering my battery capacity , I have 6 x 110amp lead acid batteries configured as 3 pairs in a 24v system , do I enter my capacity as 660amp or 330 amp I seem to get differing answers dependant on who I talk to.

1 pair makes 12v (110Ah) --> 24V (110Ah)

3 of these pairs make 330Ah 24V

The capacity increases in parallel not in series, so you have 330Ah and this you have to enter in the BMV.
