mppt rebulk offset working for anyone

I have the 100/15 smart mppt. The rebulk offset voltage option does that seem to be working. My voltage falls way before the offset voltage and my charge state still stays on float. Is this a known issue?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

I am having the same problem with 3 20/100 MPPT chargers. They charge correctly, but will not come out of float and into bulk once the voltage drops below the re-bulk voltage offset. Only resetting the chargers causes them to re enter bulk

Anyone have any ideas on this?
