VE.Direct: DTR AND RTS high or OR?

Hey,

the FAQ

https://www.victronenergy.com/live/vedirect_protocol:faq#q2when_using_the_vedirect_to_rs232_interface_what_pins_do_i_need

says first "the DTR signal [...] and/or the RTS signal [...] must be driven high ". Three sentences later, it says "When one of those pins is not driven high, you will not be able to receive data!"

So, what is true: Must BOTH be high or is ONE of them enough?

Could someone of the staff please answer? This MUST be of Victrons knowledge and I consider this an error in the documentation, so as a customer I'd expect an answer.
