Multiplus compact bulk protection

I have a multiplus compact that is stuck in bulk protection. How do I get it unstuck/ reset?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

You are supposed to be able to reset it by switching the MultiPlus Off and then On again. If not then do it in VE.Configure.
