Unexpected ac-in disconnect 3-phase system

Hi all,

I have the following problem on a 3 phase victron system. The quattro disconnects the ac-input and i don't know why.
The system is designed as followed:

3 Phase 48/8000 quattro system powering loads.

3 Phase 24/5000 quattro system powering the 8Kva system at night, to prevent genstart as much as possible

I know it's a bit of an unusual system, but this way the client can keep using the 20Kwh/24V battery to power loads at night and prevent a generator start at night.

Generator powering the ac-input of both inverter systems to charge the batteries.

The problem:

With a stable load on the 8kva system, and connected to the 5kva system the 8kva quattro's sometimes disconnect the ac-input.
I can't find the exact problem. The voltage is stable, the frequency is stable too. Both not near the disconnect limits.

What can cause this disconnecting?

Grid code is set to none. Can it be a loss of mains detection, disconnecting the AC-Input?

Can it help to set the gris code to other and disable LOM on the particular ac-input?

Kind regards,

Yannick
