Whats the difference between this two models?
The C24 are in a metal case and heavier and I am not sure have to fans instead of on the C24 are also a little more expensive.

There is not much difference. The Compact can charge a start battery at 4A, the plastic version is 1A.
The plastic one has the connections presented on the outside of the case, the metal version has all connections behind the removable panel.
Personally, I like the classic look of the aluminium models, but functionally, they are much the same.
