i am really confused about the settings in the App about the relay modes.
1 Question:
What does mean the Relay Mode:(see Picture)
2 Question:
Can i switch this relay on and off by manual setting ?

This is described in section 4.2.2 of the manual (on page 23).

The REM setting allows manual control of the relay via the VE.Direct port, but this won't work if you are using the VE.Direct port already.
If you want to control the relay with the app, then you could adjust the relay parameters out of range and then simply use the "Invert relay" switch in the app if you have connectivity.
