Reset Multi-plus with dip switches How?

Is it possible to reset the multi-plus to stand alone by the dip switches.

When i connect the battery power and switch it on it brings up an overload, if i then change the dip switches to factory reset, and press the save button nothing happens.

Have i got the sequence wrong, or can this only be done by computer and the link?

The mk3 is your easiest option. You can run right through your dip switch settings again to reprogram all the way as well.

Unless you have a GX device you can't do it over the vrm

A software update will reset all settings. But you will also need the mk3 unless your dealership will do it for you as a courtesy.

Thanks Alexandra I will just have to buy a mk3 I have had these multi-plus's 15 years The master works fine on its own.
