i have a Multi 24v/500 which keep rejecting grid input what could be the possible cause and solution

The only posible thing causing this is a low or high value on the AC input, or the cable connected is too thin or too long from the source.

Can you provide data on that?

do you have a way to messure the voltaje and see if it drops somehow from the installation or utility grid?
