Will the internal relay H suffice the operation of electrical shock Protective devices when used on a boat without an earth plate?

I have a moving vessel with 2x 12/2000/80 Multiplus compacts in parallel with out an earth plate, will relay H allow electrical shock protective devices (Rcds) to work correctly without fault or will a earthplate need to be installed?
