Bmv-712 Firmware Update v4.03 Fail. #D93 error

Just installed my Bmv-712, was working fine untill installed the bluetooth app & updated firmware. Have tried all troubleshoot procdures. Tried using multiple devices Samsung Galazxy S8, Iphone S6, Ipad, Macbook Pro but same result with Bt200 on screen & Error D93.

Did you actually take the fuse out of the 712's power feed as recommended? (power cycle)

Are you using the Victron RJ12 UTS cable between the shunt and the monitor?
