I have just installed a Orion Tr 12/12-18 on my boat to charge a lithium ion battery. The battery charging voltage is 12.6v but I can not get the charger to charge it the on/off led just blinks at different intervals. What does that mean?

@David67, are you referring to the Orion-Tr or the Orion-Tr Smart?
Also, are you referring to 12.6v from the start battery or your target battery?
If referring to the Orion-Tr Smart, please check your "engine running detection" voltage settings in the VictronConnect app; 12.6v is way below the default settings for when the charger will turn on to start charging, to prevent the charger from draining your start battery.
Specific LED error codes are found on page 14 of the user manual.
