VE configure . No port found

It's the 3rd time I face this problem. When connecting my laptop to Multiplus via VE Configure , using MK3 to USB . Get the error message "no port found" i do not understand what's wrong but I therefore cannot set the systems properly. I tried to change rj45 cable. I disconnected bmv. Any help appreciated.

@Herve RV Nizard mk3 is not being detected. If you are using windows check if it appears in your devices in device manager.

It's most likely a Windows related problem. Perhaps Windows needs the driver for the MK3.

You can get the driver from the Special menu -> USB drivers.

Ensure you have disconnected the GX etc when connecting. Which version of Windows and how old is the laptop? The mini USB end could also be unhappy so try a different cable there too.
