We have put too much voltage into our MPPT 150/70 it tripped out instantly but no bang Will it need to be replaced or will it reset once we’ve rectified the fault

Greetings @Feather, as long as the unit has not suffered permanent damage it should auto reset once the pv voltage is back within range. Please see https://www.victronenergy.com/live/mppt-error-codes. You did not state if the unit powers up when connected to the battery with the PV disconnected, if it does power up when connected to a battery you may have some luck with it restarting.
