Victron multiplus trickle charge issue

Hi,
I have a Multiplus 12/3000/120 connected to two battery banks, one main and one for the starter battery for the port engine.
Even when the Multiplus is completely shut down, it still produces power at 12.4 V, gradually causing port battery to deplete.

The power remains even if the port battery is disconnected.

Is there a issue with the Multiplus causing this issue?

Hi @Henrik_swe , how have you separated your two banks? Is there a device to do so? If not then one bank can deplete another.

And by trickle charge is this passing through the multi on the output somehow? If this is the case and it is off then it is possible there is a short in wiring somewhere causing this.
