We are planning to use the 80 amp charger in a boat rental scenario where we use smaller 100A Victron LFP batteries (exchangable in the boat) to keep the rental boats going all day.
Since 80 Amps is quite high as a charge current (although less then half of the maximum allowed) I was thinking about limiting the charge current for the night to put less strain on the batteries and help with the cell balancing.
For this purpose I plan to use the temp sensor as an input and the charge current control assistant because this model doesn't have aux input ports.
The documentation is really sporadic when discussing this (meaning not existent). Would this work with this model? Would connecting a relay to the temp sensor work as it is written for the other inputs to select between two currents?
