Faulty Temp senor.

The temp sensor on a victron phoenix multiplus 12/3000/120 is showing up a fault, it had been replaced 3 months ago because of the same issue as indicated by the led's, can it just be removed? We also have 2 x mppt controllers 100/30 and 1 x 75/15 with 770w solar plus a BMV700, could you please advise us on wjat the tail current percentage should be, batteries are Lifeline GPL-L16T comprising of 800ah.

What do you mean by "indicated by the led's"?

A temp.sensor error will be shown with the absorption and float LEDs blinking together.

Well it happened again last night, (this is on our yacht), whilst the generator was on, Phoenix Multiplus in charge mode, it was in absorption mode when the absorption and float started flashing together, it then went back into bulk mode for a approximately 5 mins then back into absorption, the BMV was showing 100% charged, note, this is a new temp sensor for the multiplus as the old one was showing up the same fault, our batteries are only 6mths old and would hate to think they are being damaged, any advise would be greatly appreciated.
