Cannot see the VE bus system in VRM?

The VE bus system cannot be seen on the device list and hasn’t been seen for at least 24 hours now. What do I do? The firmware is up to date.

You could try a reboot of the GX.

If that doesn't work, try reseating the VEBus cable at each end and/or changing it out completely. It's just a standard 'ethernet' cable.

There are Redetect/Reset options for the inverter in Remote Console, but I suspect you can't reach them.

Thank you John. Did a reboot of the GX and all is working well now.
