How many panels can be connected to a 100/20 MPPT in 12V?
That charge controller can make nearly 300W maximum on a 12V nominal system (20A x 14.4V = 288W) . So 3x 100W panels would be good for it.
You should be fine wiring all three in series, but we don't know the exact specifications for you panels, so it is difficult to say for how you should configure the wiring.
