Quattro 12/5000//220-100/100 230V not turning on

My Quattro appears to have died no lights at all the AC input voltage is 240V 50Hz the DC voltage is 13.42 volts any ideas?

I presume you have a ccgx or some other device on added to the ve bus, try disconnecting the ve bus at the quattro and turn the quattro off and then back on.

also try connecting a mk3 unit and see what shows up in the ve config program

I have a digital multi control which does not power up either but I disconnected it are there any internal fuses in the Quattros?
