Multiplus 3000 120v AC output is low in bulk mode (102v)

I have a Multiplus 3000 120v wired up with battle born batteries. When the system is in "bulk" mode, the AC output voltage drops pretty low (currently at 102v). It starts off at 120, then slowly drops to about 102 and the device starts buzzing louder and louder. AES is turned off. See attached screenshots.

When it is in inverter mode, it outputs 120v.

I have almost nothing plugged into the AC system. Just a SONOS speaker.

Is this device defective? or am I missing a setting

Screenshots attached.

Hi @climber104,

Your mains voltage coming in is very low.

I suspect under rated ac cabling on the input of the multiplus.

@climber104 The Multi is trying to match the input frequency and voltage within your set limits. Hence the buzzing, it is working hard to do its job.

I agree with @klim8skeptic check your input cables or your source.
