Unable to re-enable bluetooth on MPPT 75 10

My device just updated to v2.23 from v2.19 and also v1.46 from v1.42.

I then chose to disable Bluetooth so I could monitor the "self" current consumption.

I have followed the instructions to re-enable Bluetooth but the smart solar charger is not seen within the 30s for which Bluetooth is said to come back on e.g. following a power off/power on event.

How else can I re-enable Bluetooth?

You could plug it into a laptop with a VE direct to USB lead.

Hi @swoodcock11,

Apologies, the manual was not clear that the 30s reset feature only applied to the Smart Range of 240V battery chargers, not the MPPTs.

I have now updated the documentation to make this clearer.

I have also asked the app developer to make this clearer in the app itself, at the time of disabling bluetooth, that an additional USB accessory is required to re-enable.

Please check your email.

@Datsports Yes you can remotely enable the bluetooth via Victron Connect via VRM.

Connect & Configure Remotely in the Latest VictronConnect Update

Should Victron Connect beg to update the mppt ignore it. Go to settings > 3 dots right hand top > product info > enable bluetooth.

Dontdoitagain ;) .

Forgot the money shot.
