Is a second RCD required or recommended?

I have a Multiplus II. I have it set up with AC out 1 as the only AC output and run it in a grid parallel configuration (power is monitored with an ET112 meter). The power goes through an RCD (Earth leakage and overload) and then splits. One split goes to the AC in of the inverter (Critical loads), the other to the parallel loads (Non-critical). I have a 23A circuit breaker after the inverter, Do I need an RCD after the inverter?

Yes, because the RCD at the input is useless if the grid is not available.
