Have been getting the PE2 closed error or GND Relay Error as per below.

After updating to the latest firmware 2623467 I now require a password to change any settings at all.... have just lodged a service report but unsure as to how quickly I'll receive a response.
I am looking to setup as per below post:

"This link requires there to be no MEN in any connected generator and the internal ground relay inside the Multiplus inverter charger to be DISABLED."
Any help in getting the grid code promptly would be appreciated.
