hello, we need your help. we have installed a Multiplus 12/2000/80 inverter / charger. A digital multi controller is installed in the motorhome to switch it on and off. now the Multiplus can no longer be switched on via the controler. If we have switched on the Multiplus directly on the device, all settings are displayed on the controller, you can also switch off the Multiplus again. Only switching on does not work. We have checked all connections, all cables are plugged in. Can someone help us?
