Generator AC disconnected

Hello

Me again.

So we got a new generator, Hyundai 7000w to use with our Multiplus II 3kw with GX.

At first, it didn’t connect /accept the generator.

I went into VEConfig and disabled UPS and enabled dynamic current.

Now, AC input working, but after a few minutes is says AC disconnected.

However when this happened the batteries were 100%.... does it automatically disconnect when batteries are full?

Or do we need to change more settings?

No it wont disconnect ac1 in when the batteries are full.

Check your generator output voltages and make sure that the sine wave is also of good quality

There is also a week AC tick box so try turning that off as well

Possibility only

it like the the generator is changing to economy mode or something similar and the voltages are reducing. below the cutoff specs in the inverter
