I have a 24/800VA Multiplus, output voltage was supposed to be ~230V and here below are what am seeing:
- Vout on VE_Bus monitor: 494V (Uout)
- Vout using multimeter: 113Vac
The batteries are okey with 26.6Vdc (Using Multimeter and even VE_Bus monitor.
Anybody had the same issue before? thoughts?

No, but if AES is enabled it can cause strange readings with a multimeter.

That doesn't look right indeed, I think only thing you can try is updating firmware, if that doesn't help contact your distributor for repair / warranty / etc.
I think this unit is faulty and should be sent back to the dealer from whence it came for a replacement.
My reasoning is this. I think that there is a fault with the output Voltage sensing circuit, the CPU is being led to beleive that the output Voltage is high, so it drives the output lower and lower to compensate. At 113V it can't drive the output any lower (for a 230V unit) so that is the reading you get at the output.
