No you can't use two MPPTs at one panel. Both MPPTs trying to find the MPP and working against each other.

Very well. Through LE.Smart Networking it would be technicaly possible to negotiate which SmartSolar MPPT Charger would back off and which would use the PV-Power.

I suppose you could turn 1 controller "off" via Victron connect.
