100/50 solar volts showing 12.52 volts when isolated

Hi all In community first post so be gentle.

have 100/50 working o.k. when connected or the panels isolated.

Question is when solar input isolated it is showing 12.52 volts

I have tired both series and parallel connections and the same result. also have 75/15 which shows .004v when solar is isolated. is this normal or have I done something wrong as system is new all wiring seems to be correct have loaded 2 screenshots. hope some one can advise Thanks in advance. dougly

Did you ever had connected the battery or PV with the wrong polarity? This can cause this "problem".

M.Lange No, not that i am aware of, but i did short out solar panels momentarily when connecting to connection box. but the circuit was isolated to mppt.via cicuit breaker.
