How do I adjust the UPS and weak AC setting?

Hello

Recently connected Victron multiplus II and having trouble connecting generator.
Recommendations are to change UPS and setting and turn on Weak AC .

We have Victron APP (we don't have windows, only apple iPhone and MacBook - so don't have VE configure- only Victron app )

Where are the UPS and weak AC settings in either remote console or VRM online portal?

Cannot find them anywhere.

You'll need a device that can access VRM, ideally fullscreen. Like something that can handle files..

VRM > Device List > Remote VEConfigure.

Follow your nose, but you download the file, find it (.rvsc type), modify it, then send it back.

ok...because we have apple laptop, remote VEConfigure not an option....going to get a windows laptop- this should work then?

In VRM > Device List > Remote VEConfigure.

Not Remote Console. Only VEConfigure can do this.
