Orion DC - DC chargers

Do they all do three stage charging like the victron site seems to say? This on 12v Orion doesn't seem to say that. Is it a firmware upgrade or do I need a different model?

Note the Charger models have 'Smart' in their name and say "charger" on the housing.

This is a DC-DC-converter not a DC-DC-charger.
The DC-DC-charger models are listed in this datasheet:
