It is possible to have the Victron console on a screen without wifi or land?
My raspberry is running, I could connect to it with my hotspot but sometimes where I go there is no cellphone signal.. I would like to see the console on a screen add it to the raspberry

you should be able to use Remote Console on LAN without having access to internet; see CCGX manual.
also yes its possible to connect a display/screen; other people can explain more about that. To prevent confusion, note that connecting a (touch) screen is not related to "Remote Console". Remote Console is about remotely seeing what is or can be on a local screen
