Multiplus Error 31 + 23

Can someone help me with error code 23 or 31? I can not find any information to this error codes and since this morning my Multiplus ist not working anymore.

My ccgx says status "unknown"

...I also got a red light on the front of my Multiplus and the status is switching all the time from red to green (230v on / 230v off)

The battery power is superfine, my battery is nearly full, so that can not be the problem.

I just deplugged the MK2 to USB Interface and since I did this, the system is working again.

I would really like to know what caused this problem and why I can't find any information about the error codes?

Hi @qwame

This is probably a conflict with the MK2 cable, only one MK2 or MK3 can be active at the same time.
