BT Dongle FW update failed - Error B13

Hello,

my iPhone-App forced me to update the firmware of the BT-Dongle. This failed with error B13 when updating to v2.23 The app tells me I have to sent the error log to the Victron support. But there is no answer since more than one week from the support-Mail-Account.

I bought it from amazon - so there is no support from the dealer!

What can I do?

@Tinka, have you tried disconnecting the device, shutting down your VC app, then reconnecting the dongle, restarting the VC app and trying to restart the update when VC connects to it? Usually these BT firmware failures are recoverable by disconnecting and then restarting the process.
