Bmv 712 firmware update problem

Hi All

I’ve just updated my BMV 712 and now the soc reading is stuck on zero % , and not reading ah and hours to go. it’s reading the battery voltage ok

Any suggestions as to how to fix this would be gratefully received

Yes thank you . I reset the the soc to 100% even tho the soc wasn’t correct I kept an eye on the voltage until I could do a full charge and it synchrd itself to a correct 100% soc.
