I have damaged one battery from my battery bank (parallel 48v ). I have bought new battery but i am worried because the other 3 olde batteries would damaged the new one. Do i need to buy balancers ?

It sounds like your batteries are actually connected in series to achieve 48V. It’s not a good idea to use old and new batteries together like this, the best would be to replace all of them at the same time. To answer your question, YES you definitely need battery balancers.
