The colour controller is only showing 100percent for the battery reading?? Is there anything I can do to sort this?

More details please. What components do you have except the CCGX? Pictures? Screenshots?

Thanks. It's a 5kva, with a blue solar 150/35, 2x lithium ion pylontech 3.5kwh 48v. Will get photos later.
