Installing an Orion TR DC/DC Charger for an aux battery in my sprinter van and would like to have a high current switch to strap the main and aux battery’s together in case the main battery dies.
Will having the same power connected to both input and output damage the charger?
I assume you are doing something like this but without the solar?
That is almost exactly my configuration with the A/B both battery switch. Probably never use it but like knowing I have a backup.
The main battery on the Sprinter is in the floor under the floor mat and a pain to get at.
