I would like to ask if it's possible to run two different size multiples in parralel operation with the communication cable between?
I have an multiples 1600VA, but would like to run it in parallel with a multiplus 3000VA.
both are 12 volt

This is not permissible, the two units must be the same size units using the same firmware. Please read more on this here: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ve.bus:manual_parallel_and_three_phase_systems
As Anthony said, it is not possible. But you could consider using cascade configuration. See:

Note: at the time I wasn't aware of what split phase really means. Splite phase is different from AC out independent lines.
