SmartSolar battery voltage fluctuations, not matching DMM and battery monitor

Hello Victron community,

I am having an issue with my SmartSolar 75 10 - it displays varying battery voltage not matching DMM readings across the MPPT solar terminals, battery terminals, and the SmartBatterySense. It is not charging despite battery ~11V.

My system is very simple and was working in a very similar setup recently.
I have a single 60W 18V panel on 7M of 4mm2 MC4 in sunlight. Load is off.

SmartSolar and SmartBatterySense disagree on voltages
These were taken seconds apart and show the charge state changing and voltage fluctuating - these fluctuations are not shown on SmartBatterySense or DMM.
Also note that the Yield today jumps back and forth between 0Wh and 40Wh.

VE.Smart Networking seems fine

@someoneinterested It appears that the fuse for the mppt has blown

Check the fuse in the bottom of the mppt, and the fuse at the battery that goes to the mppt.

@klim8skeptic thank you - the fuse in the MPPT had indeed blow. I'm really surprised that it caused the issues I saw.
