Quattro "System Reset" stuck on "Resetting"

Greetings, I often need to remotely reset my Quattro 5000/48 via VRM Remote Console to clear a persistent fault. These resets have been successful

However today I can't reset the system as the field is 'stuck' on "Resetting". I can't actually initiate a reset.

The device is still alive as I can update any other setting.

So now I have a problem. How can I reset the system remotely? (Quattro is firmware 424 and Venus 233)

Another way to trigger a remote reset is to adjust the SOC settings in Remote VEConfigure.

It’s worth a try, though there may be some other issue preventing the restart.

Thanks Guy, I remembered I had setup a remote switch to recycle the power to the Venus, so I tried that and it then allowed me to reset the Quattro.
