Mains on does not come on when on AC2

Quattro 5000, has been installed and running perfect for 3 years.

Suddenly AC2 stops working, shows no "Mains On", Have correct voltage in 230V AC

Tried interchange cables from AC1 and AC2, same problem remains, so there's something wrong on the input channel AC2, any ideas on what might have happened or how to do more fault finding ?

So to be clear

1. on AC1 in you have mains/Grid power

2. on AC2 in you have a Generator supplying backup power

If you now put

1. on AC1 you connect the Generator

2 On AC2 you connect the Mains/Grid power

and then the generator now works ok on AC1 but the mains power or Grid Power does not connect on AC2 when the generator is off

If thats the case then maybe the AC2 connection relay has failed and you would need to take the unit in for checking.

Thanks exactly, so probably next would be to have the relay checked, I then assume there's no fuse or more simple explanation to the failure

no there is no fuse to check,

I am presuming that you have not done any fancy asistant installs that may affect ac2 in
