Node Red Trigger a master Alarm

Hi All

I’m looking for some help, please.

What I want to do is turn on a relay and off, when one of multiple (input) alarm is triggered. (see below pic)

My head says to do this with OR gates (see below)

But I have been unable to achieve this outcome.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
