6 way mega fuse holder

What is purpose of the 6th slot in this fuse holder?

It is not connected with busbar so for me it is useless.

Maybe for holding a spare?

Negative stud terminal, since usually it is positive that is fused.

The bus bar is 250A rated, the 6th slot allows you to use a higher rated fuse directly wired for e.g. your inverter.
