Car battery charging

Hi,

I have an off-grid pv system at 24V with Multiplus 24/1200 and Smartsolar 100/30.

What is the optimal solution to charge a car battery?

Blue Power IP22 12V 15A via 230V when charger is protected from rain,

Blue power IP 67 via 230V when charger is outside,

Orion 24 12 - 5 galvanic isolated and set to 13.2 till 13.8V via 24V DC if it is close enough to your off grid batteries and you can live with the slowest yet most efficient charging method.
